Accidental
Circus show! Saturday, December 16th 9 PM. At the
Palace
of Wonders, Washington, D.C. One night only at D.C.'s
premiere side-show venue! Paolo Garbanzo, Mab,
Madcat, Cameron Tomele from the acrobatic-comedy group Barely
Balanced. Well we came, we did a show, we rocked!
About 100 people showed up to The Palace of Wonders Saturday night,
practically packing the place, for a high energy show. We had a
great time, and maybe we'll be back in DC soon!
The Louisiana Renaissance
Festival Saturdays & Sundays, November 4-December 10. I
had a great time in Louisiana, thanks in part to The Hausers (for
letting me stay at their house!), all the regulars who have kept
this show alive over the years, all the new people who came out
right after Katrina last year and came again because they had so
much fun, and thanks to all the new-new people who came to the faire
for the first time! (we're already talking about next year, when
we have something definate I will post it!)
KING RICHARD'S
FAIRE Saturdays & Sundays, September 2nd - October 22nd
including Labor day and Columbus day. The festival was a roaring
success this year! It was great to be back, not only to the faire
with all it's great fans, but in New England as well, what a great
part of the country! Thanks to the overwhelming support of the fans,
Paolo is sure to be back next year! Thank you everyone!!
Accidental Circus
show!
Thursday September 28th 9pm. Hilbert College, Hamburg, New York.
Mab and I did a two person side show performance, mostly featuring
Mab's sid show stunts! Walking on glass, bed of nails, straight
jacket escape, alls sorts of stuff! Thanks to everyone who helped
out with the show!
FESTIVAL OF THE
LION Saturdays & Sunday, August 26 & 27. Sadly,
this year's faire was cancelled at the last minute! very sorry everyone,
but I did end up performing at a college that weekend, so not all
was lost. Hopefully I'll be back there next year!
PENNSIC XXXIV
August 4th-20th everyday. I finally got to stay to the
very end of Pennsic! yay! of course, now they're changing the dates,
so we'll see what happens!
STERLING
RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL Saturdays & Sundays, July 1st through
August 13th! Paolo's
first year at this faire is sure to be memorable, as he joins forces
with Giacomo the Jester yet again for the 'Oops! Comedy Knife Throwing
Show'. Also don't miss the Paolo Garbanzo show, as Paolo introduces
the unsuspecting crowds into the mysteries of the boots for the
very first time! This is the last chance in 2006 to see the 'Oops!
Comedy Knife throwing show!'
ITALY
The month of June could not have been better spent with my good
friends The Clan Tynker,
good wine, and lots of laughs. We performed at the Artisti
nella Piazza, a huge street festival near Rimini, visited Venice
and Milan, got on TV in Turin while performing during a Vespa festival,
performed at a wedding in Germany, saw the Swiss Alps, Lichtenstien,
and then spent a relaxing week in Cinque Terre (the most beautiful
place on earth) hiking and swimming during the day, performing in
the piazzas at night.
TENNESSEE
RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL May 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28, plus
Memorial day May 29th! A
nother beautiful festival, the weather was almost perfect the whole
time. Everyone at tennessee was great, and it was fun debuting the
Knife throwing show at Tennessee, hope to bring it back next year!
BAY AREA RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL February 25 until April 9, with
a student day on April 7. Paolo's second season at the Bay Area
festival, performing his solo shows and the "OOPS! Comedy Knife
Throwing Show!" with his friend Giacomo the Jester. Another
successful season with new friends and old!
RINGLING MEDIEVAL FAIRE February 10,11, and 12 Sarasota, Florida.
The faire has returned to Sarasota and Paolo was there to help
with the festivities!
20th
Annual Hoggetowne Medieval Faire January 28-29 and February
3-5, North Central Florida. This faire was great and I had
a fabulous time! Lots of new friends were made! we're already talking
about next year!!
FLORIDA
KEYS MEDIEVAL FESTIVAL January 6, 7, &
8, 2006. A smashing, ball-of-death-like success! Paolo
